Learning new things

Well yes i know it's 2020 i haven't wrote In ages the weather is bloody horribal, it's so cold serpose to be -1 tonight i need a live bear to keep me warm, I have been doing digital art and not doing to bad.
My body has been going threw changes i won't go on about it, But it's to do with my age.
I have studyed my leavel 1 ,2 and masters of reiki completed 2 crystal course now onto my 3 and 4th lol lol lol bloody crystals can't get enough of them.
I am trying complet my Crystal reiki certifcate, yes more crystal stuff.
I have put on a bit of weight sighhh but i'm still healthy , i walk neally every day.
Started doing about an Hour wanting to increase it.
My iron levels where very very lowe but i'm starting to get them back up.
I have also started to study A course in mircels again. 
First lession i will put on here as a small pic it really makes my mind think.

I lisened to anouther man's view on this saying to me it's like do not place your ego on anything and accepted it just for what it is.
Alot like mindfullness, also makes me think of the saying you came into this world with nothing and when you go out you can't take it with you.
We are all vibrashion just energy.
