Been Cold the last few days my asthma has also been playing up and my siniuses also i think this is whats making my asthma play up, I have been aking alot and not feeling 100% maybe its just the weather.
I've had a really busy week my birthday wasnt that great my brother brout me a large Hello kitty its so cute, my mothers dog try to grab and chew it up.
Then thursday i had to work then i had friday off and worked a coupel of days in a rowe my anckel anded up flearing up so i didn't end up going to work, I don't feel so great tonight i don't know why.
Ive been very up and down in moods since thursday last week i started crying out of no waer.
This moring i feelt moody and sad wanting to cry.
Maybe its hormones maybe lowe iron.
I blanced my charkras lastnight, I want to do it again tonight as well as charge up my charkras.
Again Iris by goo goo dolls has been haunting me today again i come up 5 times and that persons page has been coming up onto my page as well the one that looks alot like my twin.
I try not to think about him its his life and i will not intafear he choise his path, i whish him nothing but happyness.
I'm just living my life and focusing on me and what i want now.
I was going to go away for a drive to Armidale for the day i wanted to see the waterfalls there.
Waterfall way was one place there's also an old homestead i wanted to see as well I want to go next saterday just for a drive away.

I finally made a bage on facebook for self love intuition and nature i finally did it also i come across a horribal vid on tik tok of lions eating each other i thought omg i never thought that it was horribal it frecked me out it still makes me upset i never seen anythink so horribal also a male lion killed a female lion not shore why it was horribal things like this really upset me i found a lump on my tummy i need to get it looked out its a hard lymth gland if it hasnt settaled down by sunday i will call the Dr to look at it.
I did burse that part a week ago it could be just toxiens i don't feel its anything bad but to be shore i will go to the Drs if it dosnt settal i know pain can cause lymth glades to flare up too.
Just starting to feel sleepy anyways going to go as i have work tomorrow.
